Tier 2 - Common Fixes

App Issues

Unable to Login

• Must have Tier 2 license

• Disable firewall, try VPN if needed

Run on Startup not working

• Update to latest version

Flashing Error: "unable to open port COM.. for programmer avr109"

• Bootloader was not caught in time — request new flash

Handshake Failed

• Mouse must move through Arduino for handshake to work

• If issue persists: reflash and retest. Still broken? Open a support ticket

Activation Failed / HWID Mismatch / CH340 Loose

• Check CH340 connections, restart Arduino, try alternate ports

• HWID is locked to your Arduino — request a HWID reset if replaced

• Mouse not moving? Device isn’t initializing, recheck setup and CH340

• Still no fix? Do a CH340 test in the app. If it passes, open a ticket

Hardware Issues

Mouse software not detecting the device

• Open a ticket with your device model — Leonardo hardware has known limitations

Yellow triangle or no mouse startup

• Switch to different USB ports (insufficient power)

Aim not working

• Keep app open on 2nd PC (hide to Tray if needed)

• Use KM NET connection mode in your aim software

Aim overcorrecting / flying around target

• Increase smoothing or aim interval

Mouse feels delayed / wrong DPI

• Must be at 1000Hz polling rate. No support above that due to hardware limits
