📥 Step-by-Step Decryption

  1. Download Collection Tool.exe from above

  2. Transfer to Gaming PC, rename file (e.g. 938211.exe or Chinese characters)

  3. Run as Administrator

  4. Enter card password, press Enter to collect

  5. A Collection.bin file is generated

  6. Transfer Collection.bin to BBC folder on DMA PC (do not rename)

  7. Delete the tool and any trace of BBC from Gaming PC
