Advanced Injection Fixes

Deep system-level fixes when nothing else works

Step 1 β€” Download & Run the Injection Fix Script

Download the injection_fix.bat script below and run it as Administrator. It provides an interactive menu with several fix options. Start with Option 1 β€” Quick Fix, which runs the most important repairs automatically.

⚠️ Always right-click the script and select "Run as administrator". Close all other programs before running it.

Kills leftover processes, deletes the Rift cache, adds Windows Defender exclusions, and flushes DNS. This resolves most issues in a single step. Restart your PC after running this option.

Step 3 β€” Option 2: Add Windows Defender Exclusions

Automatically adds all necessary Windows Defender exclusions for RiftLoader, Rocket League, and all related files and folders.

Step 4 β€” Option 3: Clear Temp Files and Cache

Cleans up temporary files, browser cache, and Rift cache files. Useful when corrupted downloads are causing persistent issues.

Step 5 β€” Option 4: Reset DNS and Network

Flushes the DNS cache, resets Winsock, and resets TCP/IP. Fixes download failures and connection problems. Restart your PC after running this option.

Step 6 β€” Option 5: Repair Visual C++ / DirectX

Opens the official Microsoft download pages for Visual C++ Redistributables, DirectX, and .NET Framework so you can reinstall them cleanly.

Step 7 β€” Disable Memory Integrity (Advanced)

If injection continues to fail, Windows Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) may be blocking it. To disable it:

  1. Open Windows Security β†’ Device Security β†’ Core Isolation Details

  2. Turn off Memory Integrity

  3. Restart your PC

⚠️ This disables a Windows security feature. Only do this if all other fixes have failed.

Step 8 β€” Option 9: Full Fix (Last Resort)

Runs all repair steps in sequence β€” kills processes, cleans cache, adds Defender exclusions, resets network, re-registers system DLLs, and runs the Windows System File Checker. This takes approximately 5–10 minutes.

πŸ’‘ Close all programs before running the Full Fix. A full PC restart is required afterwards.
