Download DControl | WinRAR Password: sordum Open DControl.exe and off Windows Defender
Ensure you have Visual C++ Libraries and DirectX installed. If not, please download and install them.
Remove any antivirus software from your system.
Go to the game and set up such graphic settings:
Launching the Product

Install and Run the Loader
Run Game once it says in the loader

Disable Local Security Authority
